QUALITY CONTROL
Our onsite laboratory maintains process control and testing for
quality you can count on.
The laboratory is the hub of Universal Coating's process
and quality control programs. Laboratory personnel, fully trained in
Statistical Process Control methods, carry out regularly scheduled tests of
bath chemistry to make certain it remains within specified limits.
Laboratory personnel, using accepted Statistical Quality
Control procedures, also perform a pre-selected series of tests on work in
process to confirm that surface preparation satisfies your
requirements.
