We offer various types of zinc phosphate coatings. Phosphates provide both corrosion resistance and lubricity. Zinc phosphates add corrosion resistance, lubricity and function as a base coat. Some of the phosphate coatings we use include:
- Iron phosphating: 10 – 100 mg/sq.-ft.
- Microcrystalline, calcium-modified zinc phosphate: 100 – 300 mg/sq.-ft.
- Macrocrystalline, zinc phosphate: 1,000 – 3,000 mg/sq.-ft.
- Etching and passivating
- Conversion coating treatments for aluminum
